I have been seeing Jacqui for a few months after having treatment elsewhere for years and only having relief for a short period. Along with posture rehab this has been such a positive journey. My spine was not aligned from my pelvis to my cervical spine so not just one area. Still on my journey but I can’t thank Jacqui enough for her expertise and support. Just over a year ago I visited Spinal Care Clinic in Warley for the first time. I wanted a second opinion after I felt I had not been listened to by an NHS physiotherapist who refused to do an x-ray and had diagnosed arthritis and suggested I went to a pain clinic for injections. I had had a terrible pain in my hip for nearly 2 years. My mobility was restricted, I found it hard to walk upstairs and lifting my Grandchildren was becoming impossible. I couldn't get comfortable in bed at night so I was exhausted, frustrated and emotional. From my very first appointment with Jacqui she really listened to me. At the initial assessment I was given an x-ray which ruled out arthritis. I agreed to 3 months intensive treatment and literally after my first adjustment the tingling sensation I had in my leg completely disappeared. To become pain free in my hip took a few more weeks. None of the adjustments were painful. Jacqui always explained what she was about to do and why and answered all my questions in a way it was simple to understand. Part of my treatment was having massages with Claire. The first few times were really painful and almost unbearable but she gently persevered and where it has caused me so much pain to be touched eventually she made it pain free and so much easier to move about. She coped with my emotional times when I didn't want to do the recommended PT sessions and made me feel so much more able to cope in general. The reception team are also lovely, they remember your name, welcome you and are genuinely interested in your progress. If I had not made that first appointment I dread to think what state I would be in today. I have been visiting both Jacqui and Claire monthly on the maintenance plan since my intensive treatment finished. Not only is my hip pain free, I am more mobile and sleep easier. I am so grateful to them both for making my life so much better! I would recommend to anyone thinking about it to just go for that initial consultation and take it from there. I hope you get the professional help and advice I did and that your journey to becoming pain free was as brilliant as mine.

General back stiffness. In 2018 I attended the clinic for chiropractic therapy to help with my stiff back. I am a regular gym goer. The therapy helped me greatly with flexibility and lack of stiffness in the back. I attend once a month for a chiropractic adjustment and a 30 minute sport massage. This is for regular maintenance. I have no intention of stopping attending. Highly recommend this clinic.

I have been visiting Spinal Care Clinics for monthly sports massages for over a year now. I came in with chronic lower back pain, and shoulder and neck pain. I have had a few different masseurs and they are all equally professional and experts at what they do. I am much more mobile now and my monthly visit together with my adjustment with Dr Aaron keeps me functioning. Would not hesitate to recommend the clinic to anybody.

Just came back from a yoga and wellness weekend retreat held by Spinal Care Clinics. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time together and learnt so much, including breathing techniques, different yoga styles, nutrition guidance and cooking suggestions. The food provided was amazing and in abundance. The place itself was beautiful, relaxing and in stunning surroundings. Thank you so much to Ronen, Cori and Nancy for our wonderful experience - I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone thinking of going for a yoga experience. With the regular chiropractor adjustments and a massage when necessary I can def manage this condition & not have to rely on painkillers. Ronan is very knowledgeable and understanding.A constant neck pain which has been present for months is now hardly existent.Lots of problems I have had for a few years have been due to scoliosis and posture. After intense chiropractic session and rehabilitation through their classes my neck pain is non existent apart from very minor flare ups.I am still carrying on treatment to keep everything going in this direction.The posture rehab has really strengthened my back and body, I hold myself alot better than how I ever have. I really would recommend this.All the staff, masseuses, PTS and reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you all

Had a few massages here in the past but most recently had an hour pregnancy specific one and it was great! They had the right equipment for me to lay down on my front with my bump and gave me some advice on stretches for sciatica!

All done very quick you get an xray almost straight away then a plan will be in place. Adjustments Exercises and eventually massages. So all in all a very well organised run company. Dr Jessica G needs mentioning because of good work and especially reassurance and bringing back hope for the future. PT Aisling who organised the gym section is very patience as I am hard of hearing.

From the admin staff at reception to the chiropractor Ronen, gym staff and massage staff including Debbie, everyone has helped my improvement. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have had long term pain. At my very first treatment my head pain was gone completely. I now feel much more flexible in movement and posture. I now have mild fatigue and some pain but I am feeling so much healthier due to the treatment and advice I’ve received. I was recommended to come and see Gurjot for an issue with my neck and I’m glad I did! I then signed up to a plan to work on strengthening and correcting my neck to create a long term solution not just a quick fix. Gurjot is friendly and very knowledgeable I felt in safe hands. I've had back pain as a result of an accident at work and was referred to a physiotherapist who treated me but more or less told me that I would just have to live with the pain and that it might get better with time, I waited and it just got worse. I then thought why not try Spinal Care Clinic for a second opinion. I'm glad I did because after around 5 months my back now feels virtually pain free thanks to Gurjot and Jess and the posture rehab has been very helpful. They are not cheap but I think the results are worth it.

I have been a member of Spinal Care now for many years and it has been a life changing positive journey. I first went into the clinic with very bad debilitating back pain, having tried many different things over the years including multiple hospital and doctors appointments, I really was losing hope. After my first X ray I talked through a treatment plan with the staff and very quickly started with adjustments and massages. I am so grateful as this was the start of a life changing journey. To date my back pain is hardly noticeable and I have learnt life long exercises that I will always continue to do. I would totally recommend Spinal Care for anyone that is suffering with back pain. They are knowledgeable and very professional and the reception staff are very polite and helpful. They really have given me a new lease of life and can't thank them enough.

When I contacted the Spinal Care Clinic I could barely walk more than a few steps as I was in pain and exhausted afterwards. I was seen quickly, X-rayed, diagnosed with lower back stenosis and reassured that I could be helped. After following the care plan for three months, I can now walk about without difficulty most of the day, (so long as I rest from time to time). take short shopping visits and and am still improving. I now continue to visit just once a fortnight. Can't praise Gurjot, the team and receptionists highly enough and have recommended and will continue to recommend to anyone experiencing back pain.

I came to Spinal Care Clinic late last year after suffering with severe vertigo. I would spend weeks at a time in bed not being able to walk without losing my balance. This went on for 8 years. After seeing many doctors/specialist I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and sent on my way with medication drugs that didn’t seem appropriate for my symptoms. I nearly gave up after a friend recommended I see Aaron at Spinal Care clinic. After seeing Aaron he explained to me what the problem was and what was causing my vertigo and set me up on a plan. Since coming to the clinic I haven't had vertigo like before and haven't been in bed. This is the longest I’ve gone without it for nearly 9 years! I am forever grateful for Aaron as my life has changed and I’m feeling so much better, lost weight and I’m able to do so much more.I also was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and was told I may need surgery. When I first arrived at the Spinal Care clinic in Brentwood, I was in constant lower back pain. I couldn't even put on a pair of socks without a struggle. I had my initial consultation with Dr Gurjot. He is very professional and explained the process in great detail. After the digital x-rays were taken, he showed me the issues causing my pain. After 3 months of care, including adjustments, personal trainer sessions and massages, I am now pain free and so much more mobile and flexible. I started my treatment package with the clinic in December 2024. I had a trapped nerve and herniated disc in my neck. I was so nervous and anxious before I started my chiropractic treatment, I was in alot of pain, my left arm was so weak, I couldn't even raise my arm above my head and my movement was so restricted. My Chiropractor (Gurjot) was absolutely brilliant, so caring and nurturing and put me at ease everytime. The massages from Chon were incredible and the posture rehab sessions with Nancy and Ashling were amazing in helping me to strengthen my arm and core muscles. All the staff I encountered were so friendly and professional. Fast forward three months and the improvement has been transformational. I am now having maintenance sessions and quite honestly, if I hadn't started the treatment, I'd still be in agony and just relying on pain medication to try and manage my symptoms. I would recommend the Spinal Care Clinic unreservedly.

My health and wellbeing has improved greatly after having chiro treatment at Spinal Care Clinic. When I first started seeing Penny at Spinal care clinics I had problems with all daily activities, I didn’t sleep well, and I couldn’t sit down for long period of times. With Penny’s adjustments I have gained back a normality of live, being able to sleep well and be active. I started treatment with the clinic around 5 months after having my baby- I’d had a difficult pregnancy and traumatic birth resulting in an emergency c-section and misplaced epidural. I was in chronic pain that was preventing me from carrying out day to day tasks, sleeping, failing whenever I attempted to get back into exercise and making holding my baby very painful and overall affecting my mental wellbeing immensely. I felt pretty failed by the NHS who offered no aftercare and missed what was going on, leaving me feeling like it was normal to be in as much pain as I was, and i was left feeling extremely demoralised at continuing to decline rather than get any better. Ronen quickly identified and explained what was going on with the pain in my back and hips, my pelvis is shallow causing instability to my spine which had suffered in the trauma and my pelvis was twisted. My core being shut off with the surgery was hindering this further. 7 weeks into treatment I feel like a new person! You can noticeably see the difference to my back and posture, I’m starting to get back into exercise now and I feel so much more back to myself - which had started to feel hopeless before treatment! The pain is nothing compared to where I was and I’m noticing improvements week after week. Ronen has been amazing with my adjustments and working out what was going on very quickly, he’s been reassuring throughout the process. As part of my treatment plan I’m now working with personal trainer Nancy on posture rehab, helping to rebuild my core strength and pelvic floor and sports massage with Ben. They’ve been great and really know their stuff! I can’t thank them all enough for helping me get back to myself, I’m sleeping so much better and have so much more energy and a big smile back on my face! Couldn’t recommend more to anyone suffering, it’s been such an investment. Thanks guys!

I should have wrote this review atleast 3 years ago when jess and the team fixed my back and I've been off strong painkillers ever since. Recently went back to chiro to sort my neck after my GP failed me and I thought I had a stroke, unable to move my left side. After 2 adjustments with Aaron I feel like a new person. I danced out the chiro this evening feeling the me when I was 16 years old full of energy except my facial features show atleast 20years on. From the moment I walked through the door of Brentwood's Spinal Care Clinic my experience has been so enjoyable. All of the staff (and I have met quite a few now) are very happy, polite, professional and treat me like I am an individual rather than just another client. The initial consultation identified the cause of my problem and the treatment itself was exactly what I needed. In my case I saw immediate improvement and continue to improve. I had a really bad shoulder injury resulting in limited movement after attending spinal care clinics I now have improved mobility and strength

I walked in fearing the unknown with my x-ray highlighting issues with the spine, balance and strength. A detailed consultation and a tailored plan has helped me incredibly, the clinic is not just a “facility”, the staff are so friendly and welcoming that it feels like an extended home.

For about a month I had severe pain in my back, neck and left arm. The pain was so severe that it had affected my mental health, job and life in general . I tried acupuncture and body massage, but it didn't work. I then went to the A&E but their diagnosis was wrong. Fortunately for me, I found out about this clinic, where I met Dr. Ronen, a special man, who worked miracles. He helped me recover from the pain. I am still under treatment, but I can say that I am a normal person again. Thank you, Dr. Ronen, and Nancy for your help. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I have always had full body massages due to the job I do, and also breaking my back 12 years ago. Since moving to Brentwood I have been using the clinic for the last 5 years, going for once monthly massages with various therapists. At the moment I see Renata who is amazing & the best I have ever had over the years With different clinics. The massages keep me functioning, relieve tension in my neck, shoulders & back. Renata is always on hand to give advice and tips on stretches and exercises for daily management. Have recommended to several friends over the years all of who have been impressed with the service received

I came to the clinic with Piriformis Syndrome, I saw Michelle regularly for adjustments and shortly after I felt back to normal again with no pain and walking normally. All of the staff at the clinic are very helpful and friendly. I also spoke with the nutritionist, Marilyn who helped me with starting an anti-inflammatory diet and recommended some supplements for a different issue which seems to have really helped.

From the moment my sciatica and herniated disc became unbearable, Jess and the team at Spinal Care have been wonderful. Jess and April have worked with me to help my pain and discomfort and they continue to support me as I get back to full health. By having the care package in place means I keep on top of any ongoing niggles before they worsen. I started attending Spinal Care Clinic approximately 3 years ago for sciatic pain and still attend religiously every month as it is the best thing I have done for my health. I no longer have the high level of sciatic discomfort I used to suffer with and if it does appear it’s more just a niggle compared to what it was. The clinic is very clean, modern, welcoming and the staff are friendly very professional and welcoming.

I came to Spinal Care clinic with quite a few issues with my back as well as glutes pain. I have a buldge in my spine along with scheuermann's disease causing a curve at the top of my spine. The alinement in my shoulders was quite significant also and I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. I was recommended to Spinal Care clinics by a friend and I came along for an initial assessment to see how bad things were. Once i was presented with the result's from my assessment, it was clear that I needed to sign up to a program to help with my posture and spine. I cannot fault the service I have received and still receive from the clinic. All the way through from the start up until now, the staff have all been fantastic. My chiropractor Arron has helped me so much in adjusting not only my spine, but my shoulders, neck nd hips where I also experience pain, stiffness and discomfort on a daily basis. I am now on a maintenance plan where I have adjustments and a massage each month. These really help. I have also found the posture rehab sessions useful in the gym. They really help and the physiotherapist give you exercises which you can do do at home to strengthen your body. Overall, I would definitely recommend Spinal Care Clinic to anyone who is suffering with any back pain or discomfort. Give them a call. Their friendly staff are all happy to help.

I have been coming to the Spinal Care Clinic for a little over 2 years (since Nov 2022). I cannot praise the staff enough - from the incredibly helpful reception staff, the nutrition advisors, the chiropractors, the trainers in the gym and not forgetting the masseuses. It’s a very professional company but with the feel of a family business. Nothing is too much trouble & I highly recommend them.

I had issues with my back for years the pain was getting worse, I was struggling to do things that I enjoyed most, hiking, playing golf and travelling. I went to Spinal Care clinic, after a personalised program that consisted of adjustments with Jessica, a therapeutic massage and posture rehab, I was amazed with the results . I can now enjoy all the activities I had missed without experiencing any pain. A session with a nutritionist helped to change my life style, I feel healthy and more energetic. I use spinal care regularly to maintain my back and shoulders due to my job and Jayden fixes me everytime. The clinic is clean, professional and is always very friendly. My left shoulder has always been a persistent problem and Jayden provides relief to the area, provides me with info on how to reduce the tightness and stretches I can do in my own time to keep the tightness to a minimum.

I found this clinic when my daughter, a competitive dancer found herself in immense pain. At the initial assessment we met with Aaron, he was excellent throughout the assessment, he took time to listen to my daughter, and made sure she was comfortable throughout. The assessment was very comprehensive and included x-rays/scans. After the assessment we came back a few days later and Aaron discussed the results and presented us with a treatment plan, I truly felt that Aaron had my daughters best interest in mindI was so grateful for the payment options the clinic offers and settled with a monthly payment which allowed my daughter to receive the treatment she needed.From the very start my daughter started to have improvements, starting at the end of November 2024, initially starting out with chiropractic care, then adding posture therapy and massage, these tapered off in frequency as she consistently had improvement and gained back her full range of motion and pain decreased, initially in the beginning she couldn’t bend over to tie her shoes without pain, sitting or standing for too long was extremely uncomfortable and she was very restricted in her dance. she kept with her appointments and not long after the start of her treatment she had improvement, she has been back dancing full time and competing since January and February 2025 she was able to go on a week long ski trip with her school and had very little pain.Currently in May 2025 she’s still seeing Aaron for chiropractic care but she has zero pain and she can’t remember the last time she had a migraine. She has had amazing improvement and we are both so grateful to Aaron and the clinic!! All the practitioners who have worked with my daughter have been excellent and have provided her with the best care, not only managing her injuries but also equipping her with the knowledge of how to maintain her improvements with exercises at home. The front desk staff are amazing they know my daughter by name and treat her with such kindness and are always so welcoming and helpful when I attend or call in to speak to them. I can’t thank Aaron and all the staff at the clinic enough, we are so grateful we found the clinic and would definitely recommend their services for all ages!!

I was struggling every morning of my life, using pain killers, gels & even a tens machine before my day even started. My morning has completely changed, using *none* of the aforementioned aids! But by completing the recommended stretches from the clinics Rehab PT’s, & having the maintenance plan in place with the comfort of knowing I am regularly seeing Jacqi the Chiropractor monthly coupled with the clinics wellbeing massage with Miroslava I feel totally different.

All the staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Hina was absolutely amazing. So attentive and nurturing and completely in tune with what I / my body needed. This is a very professional, and very caring service. I will definitely be coming back.

I started going to Spinal care clinic a couple of years ago when I was suffering with constant headaches. They were great with my initial consultation where they took X-rays, and checked me over. I started with their gold package and after a few sessions my headaches eased and by the end of the course I hadn’t had any headaches for the last few months. Honestly highly recommend I still go now whenever I have a problem and they are great. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming!

Excellent 3 days retreat in Suffolk hosted by Nancy, PT, Ronen, Chiropractor, Cori, Yoga teacher and massage therapist and Marilyn Nutritionist. Perfect location, brilliant vegetarian food provided by a local chef. Excellent guided conversation about how to create your on life. Superb people open up to share their live experience and live vision. Great activities which involve: meditation, breathing exercises, yoga and low impact fitness classes, as well as treatments, and nutrition Q&A. Even the weather was marvellous!. The first clinic retreat of many, I hope! 😘

I have been receiving regular adjustments here for more than 10 years and can highly recommend the care received. My chiropractor Penny is an absolute delight. She is always cheerful and welcoming and her skills are evident in the results I have had.

Excellent staff and treatments

I had real bad issues with my back after years sitting at a desk all day, but after seeing Gurjot, he worked wonders. I also had massages and did posture rehab with Nancy, which helped me understand the things I could do at home to stop the reoccurring issues. I now have a regular monthly session with Gurjot, and also have a massage once a month to keep on top from a maintenance perspective and it really does help to keep my posture in check and the niggling back pain away.

I highly recommend this clinic. A positive approach to health care. The staff and care are second to none. Feeling much better.

After damaging my back at work, I suffered from severe back pain for over 10 years and needed to use pain killers daily. I was doubtful at first, but the team at the Spinal Care team have all been brilliant. I no longer need painkillers and feel stronger and fitter and pain free.

I have visited Spinal Care Clinics in emergency for unbearable nerve pain in neck and upper back which were recurrent but no practitioners seemed to find the underlying reason and treatment. They consulted me the same day, and had an x-ray. Gurjot is a chiropractor and makes you feel very comfortable and reassures you in many ways. I developed a sense of trust in him which is very rare coming from me towards doctors. We developed a plan, yes, quite expensive, but you will have and deserve quick results compared to any other institution. I would not say they fixed me 100% because my condition requires months of reeducation. But they definitely highlighted WHY and HOW to treat my condition. And this is a relief, because I now know that I can be fixed. The whole team is absolutely lovely. Finally, massages from Miroslava are GOLD.

Spinal Care Clinics have been brilliant from start to finish. I have been on a posture rehab programme which has let to me standing straighter and sitting better. I'm now on the slightly less intensive programme in order to keep up the good work! Fab company and everyone there really does care. Highly recommend.

I came here over a year ago with severe back pain, after having an initial consultation a few issues were discovered but after a 12 week programme with Gurjot my symptoms improved massively. I now attend on a regular basis. I highly recommend paying a visit as they offer a range of high quality treatments.

I came in with ongoing lower back pain that hurt when I breathed in. I saw Jess the chiropractor for a block of 12 sessions and amazingly the pain went away, I then had adjustments every often to stay on top of it

The massage therapist Jayden does a relaxing deep tissue massage relaxing enough I’ve actually fallen asleep. He knows to target areas that have the most tension such as my neck, shoulders and glutes. Having a 1 hour treatment is heaven whereas 30 minutes is enough to concentrate on specific areas.

Having been coming here for a number of years I can express my gratitude and positive feedback regarding the staff team, consultants Gurj and Penny and sports massage from Renata. Outstanding team, compassionate and understanding of the challenges my body has been through. Truly in safe hands if you decided to give them a go you won’t be disappointed.

I initially attended the clinic after I had a nasty fall and injured my left arm, ribs and shoulder. Ronan assessed my injuries and after X-rays to confirm nothing was broken, he planned a recovery itinerary for me. This included adjustments, massage, acupuncture and posture rehab work in the gym. When I started I could not lift my arm at all. I was in terrible pain from muscle damage. It’s been about 7 weeks now, and my recovery is now 80% there. Thank you to Ronan, Jaime, Nancy and Elena. You are all wonderful.

My experience with the Spinal Care Clinic was beyond my expectation.I was in pain in my spine and pelvic ,using double crutches and restriction in my mobility. I went in and upon assessment I was assure of getting my posture back as well as the elimination of the pains in my lower back.I had a 3 months plan with the professionals , Dr Gurjot for my adjustment, posture rehab with Nancy and message with Simon and Maryslava. I’ve been attending this clinic for almost 3 months and the results have been staggering. I used to have a constant pins and needles sensation all the time in my right arm and down to my thumb from a legacy injury. From the first session I noticed simple things like looking over my shoulder to check for traffic was much more normal again. I now have no problem sleeping at night and I’m able to train at the gym again without as much worry, I now only get pins and needles sensation on a full stretch which is a sure sign I’m going in the right direction with this clinic. Ronan has a guru like depth of knowledge that seems never ending as a chiropractor, his empathetic approach has helped me believe I can get back to sports again eventually. April has been incredible with the massage therapy using a vast array of tools such as cupping techniques which I feel are making the biggest impact on my recovery so far. Physiotherapy with Ben has given me the correct movements I should be doing in the clinic and at home, strengthening my body and giving me alternatives with his insane amount of knowledge around the anatomy.

Amazing! I was having 3 migraines per week with vomiting (whiplash injury), and with the intensive treatment of adjustment, massage & exercise with personal trainer - I now only have 1 migraine per month. I now go to the spinal clinic for maintenance to keep my spine healthy once every four weeks. The staff are so kind, accepting, and the clinic is holistic in approach - I have also had networking here (energy healing) which was deeply helpful. There is tea / coffee / water and place to sit and relax. I have autism and severe & enduring mental health problems, I have always been accepted and welcomed and treated equally and with grace.
