A dedicated fitness expert with extensive experience in rehab, movement and pain relief.

My passion is helping and maximising results for our clients in the Rehab gym. It gives me an enormous sense of satisfaction, seeing patients gain mobility and become pain-free within a relatively short time finishing their treatment programs walking out stronger and a little bit taller.

Pilates with Aisling:

Strengthen your spine and overall health in an invigorating session.

Meet Your Trainer – Aisling:

“I have a background in Pilates, starting my journey at Creative Academy while pursuing my dance degree, where I trained to become a Pilates instructor. My passion lies in the significance of building strength through core stability and posture to aid in recovery and prevent injuries. Alongside teaching Pilates, I have also worked as a primary school teacher. This diverse experience has now brought me to Spinal Care Clinics, whose commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential resonates with my own goals.”

Yoga with Ronen:

Enhance your movement and flexibility with our therapeutic, injury-free practice.
> Tuesdays from 1pm – 2:15pm
> £5 donation for clinic members only

Meet Your Trainer – Ronen:

Yoga has been my passion for 18 years, transforming my outlook on health and wellness. 

Through yoga teacher training, my understanding deepened, and now I’m excited to share this wisdom with clients on their journey to improved health and happiness. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of an amazing team of specialised therapists. 

 

 

Legs, Bums and Tums with Nancy:

Core & Lower Body Strength & Conditioning.

Meet Your Trainer – Nancy:

“I have always had a huge passion for health and fitness from a young age and have been lucky enough to pursue this as a full-time career! I started in the industry by working as an ‘online fitness trainer’, providing multiple workout programmes to thousands of individuals seeking to start their wellness journey.
I have now advanced my knowledge as a PT and am lucky enough to be working with all of our amazing patients as a ‘Rehab Specialist’ at the clinic.”

 

Bootcamp:

Experience high-impact conditioning & core sessions.
> Every Monday, Wednesday between 9am -10am & Saturday 1.30pm -2.30pm 
> Free for clinic members only
