Meet Your Trainer – Aisling:
“I have a background in Pilates, starting my journey at Creative Academy while pursuing my dance degree, where I trained to become a Pilates instructor. My passion lies in the significance of building strength through core stability and posture to aid in recovery and prevent injuries. Alongside teaching Pilates, I have also worked as a primary school teacher. This diverse experience has now brought me to Spinal Care Clinics, whose commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential resonates with my own goals.”
Bootcamp:
