I have been seeing Jacqui for 7 months now. I had issues with my lower back, herniating a disc in 2022, which I struggled to keep consistently on top of prior to visiting Spinal Care clinic. I like to keep quite active, and this was quite problematic for me. I have never seen or even thought about seeing a chiropractor before, but for me, its really helped seeing Jacqui (I wish I considered it earlier!) The initial programme I was on in seeing Jacqui, massage sessions and PT Spinal sessions really helped turbo-charge what I needed to do to get over my lower back problems. Since then, it’s a case of keeping on top of it, seeing Jacqui regularly has been great. She is great, very skilled and great at putting me at ease. It has kept me focused on what I need to do, and I feel in the best shape for some time. I like the fact that I have someone in Jacqui that I know I can always see if I have any concerns or niggles and who knows me and how my body reacts. Whole team at Spinal Care has been super friendly and helpful. The PTs and massage therapists are really knowledge and helpful too. Sorting appointments is very easy, and its clear everyone is looked after well and there is a happy and positive culture running through SpinalCare Brentwood.

I have been coming to the clinic for many years as I have degenerative disc disorder. With the regular chiropractor adjustments and a massage when necessary I can def manage this condition & not have to rely on painkillers. I would not manage to live my life this way without their treatments, support & above all friendly atmosphere. Everyone makes you feel welcome & does the best job. Thank you all.

From the moment my sciatica and herniated disc became unbearable, Jess and the team at Spinal Care have been wonderful. Jess and April have worked with me to help my pain and discomfort and they continue to support me as I get back to full health. By having the care package in place means I keep on top of any ongoing niggles before they worsen. I started attending Spinal Care Clinic approximately 3 years ago for sciatic pain and still attend religiously every month as it is the best thing I have done for my health. I no longer have the high level of sciatic discomfort I used to suffer with and if it does appear it’s more just a niggle compared to what it was. The clinic is very clean, modern, welcoming and the staff are friendly very professional and welcoming.

I found this clinic when my daughter, a competitive dancer found herself in immense pain. At the initial assessment we met with Aaron, he was excellent throughout the assessment, he took time to listen to my daughter, and made sure she was comfortable throughout. The assessment was very comprehensive and included x-rays/scans. After the assessment we came back a few days later and Aaron discussed the results and presented us with a treatment plan, I truly felt that Aaron had my daughters best interest in mindI was so grateful for the payment options the clinic offers and settled with a monthly payment which allowed my daughter to receive the treatment she needed.From the very start my daughter started to have improvements, starting at the end of November 2024, initially starting out with chiropractic care, then adding posture therapy and massage, these tapered off in frequency as she consistently had improvement and gained back her full range of motion and pain decreased, initially in the beginning she couldn’t bend over to tie her shoes without pain, sitting or standing for too long was extremely uncomfortable and she was very restricted in her dance. she kept with her appointments and not long after the start of her treatment she had improvement, she has been back dancing full time and competing since January and February 2025 she was able to go on a week long ski trip with her school and had very little pain.Currently in May 2025 she’s still seeing Aaron for chiropractic care but she has zero pain and she can’t remember the last time she had a migraine. She has had amazing improvement and we are both so grateful to Aaron and the clinic!! All the practitioners who have worked with my daughter have been excellent and have provided her with the best care, not only managing her injuries but also equipping her with the knowledge of how to maintain her improvements with exercises at home. The front desk staff are amazing they know my daughter by name and treat her with such kindness and are always so welcoming and helpful when I attend or call in to speak to them. I can’t thank Aaron and all the staff at the clinic enough, we are so grateful we found the clinic and would definitely recommend their services for all ages!!

When I first visited the Spinal Clinic I was in a lot of pain - couldn’t walk and barely stand with sciatic pain caused through bulging discs. After my 12 weeks of intensive treatment and exercises at home, recommended by Gurjot and his team, I can now actually have a restful sleep at night, manage everyday tasks and take my dog for a walk. I am very grateful for their work, understanding and the cheerful nature of every single member of staff. I am continuing with their treatment plan and hope to be back in my road bike in the near future.

Penny at Spinal Care Clinics really helped improve my discomfort in my lower back. Within a couple of sessions, my mobility and range of movement improved and my pain subsided. Not only did the pain go away, I’ve noticed dramatic improvements in my strength and fitness since being advised on certain rehab exercises to maintain my core strength. Very grateful for the service provided and guidance received at Spinal Care Clinics.

Not sure where to start - my experience literally has been life-changing. I came to SpinalCare clinic back in March unable to walk or do any tasks and with constant unbearable chronic pains. Dr Arron has worked so hard to help me recover, show me strategies when dealing with bulging disc pains and reminded me the importance of staying positive through all the challenges. Four months on, I have my life back. I can walk, run for the bus (something that was impossible for nearly 8months of my life) and sleep without worrying about the constant pain. Dr Arron is kind, understanding, an extremely talented chiropractor and a very positive man who has helped me get back to myself. I would recommend anyone experience issues with spine to definitely see Dr Arron. The clinic houses a range of supportive staff with areas of expertise designed to help their patients get back to having a normal life. They're all friendly, kind and understands. 5 start isn't enough to justify what they've done for me!

I started my treatment package with the clinic in December 2024. I had a trapped nerve and herniated disc in my neck. I was so nervous and anxious before I started my chiropractic treatment, I was in alot of pain, my left arm was so weak, I couldn't even raise my arm above my head and my movement was so restricted. My Chiropractor (Gurjot) was absolutely brilliant, so caring and nurturing and put me at ease everytime. The massages from Chon were incredible and the posture rehab sessions with Nancy and Ashling were amazing in helping me to strengthen my arm and core muscles. All the staff I encountered were so friendly and professional. Fast forward three months and the improvement has been transformational. I am now having maintenance sessions and quite honestly, if I hadn't started the treatment, I'd still be in agony and just relying on pain medication to try and manage my symptoms. I would recommend the Spinal Care Clinic unreservedly.
