Pro-bono Service Terms & Conditions for Spinal Care Clinics, Brentwood.

As a responsible health care provider, Spinal Care Clinics runs a pro-bono chiropractic treatment scheme. This means, we treat people in genuine need at discounted rates, or in some cases free of charge.

We take our commitment to pro-bono scheme seriously, and as such, we have established the following terms and conditions to ensure that our services are utilised in a fair and effective manner.

1. 1. Eligibility   Pro-bono services are available to individuals who demonstrate financial hardship or other extenuating circumstances that prevent them from accessing chiropractic care. Proof of income or financial hardship may be required. 
3.  2. Availability Our pro bono offer is subject to availability and may be limited based on demand. We reserve the right to change appointment times with a short notice. We also reserve the right to stop offering pro bono services at any time. 
5. 3. Scope of Services   Our pro bono offer is limited to chiropractic adjustments only. Additional services, such as massage, or some diagnostic tests, are not included. Free pro-bono Chiropractic adjustments are limited to a specific number of chiropractic sessions, as determined by the clinic. Additional sessions may be available at a reduced rate. 
7. 4. Cancellation Policy  If you are unable to attend a scheduled pro-bono appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of future pro-bono services. 
9. 5. Privacy  All pro-bono services are subject to our standard privacy policy, which can be found on our website. Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent. 
11. 6. Liability  By accepting pro-bono chiropractic service, you agree to waive any and all claims against the clinic, its staff, and its affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of the services provided. 
13. 7. Termination   We reserve the right to terminate pro-bono services at any time, for any reason.
