I received friendly and professional care from the staff at this clinic. When I first arrived, I was experiencing lower back pain. However, after a few weeks of chiropractic treatment, I began to feel significantly better. The chiropractic services worked remarkably well for me. Additionally, the gym and massage services were excellent. I highly recommend this clinic; the pricing is reasonable, and the service is outstanding.

Thank you so much to all the staff at this amazing clinic. I have had fantastic support through all the treatment I’ve had here. From the admin staff at reception to the chiropractor Ronen, gym staff and massage staff including Debbie, everyone has helped my improvement. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have had long term pain. At my very first treatment my head pain was gone completely. I now feel much more flexible in movement and posture. I now have mild fatigue and some pain but I am feeling so much healthier due to the treatment and advice I’ve received. I have been attending Spinal Care Clinic for a few years now and I can honestly say without my visits firstly to a super doctor who put my back in order to the follow up massages from Elena. A perfect combination.

I found this clinic when my daughter, a competitive dancer found herself in immense pain. At the initial assessment we met with Aaron, he was excellent throughout the assessment, he took time to listen to my daughter, and made sure she was comfortable throughout. The assessment was very comprehensive and included x-rays/scans. After the assessment we came back a few days later and Aaron discussed the results and presented us with a treatment plan, I truly felt that Aaron had my daughters best interest in mindI was so grateful for the payment options the clinic offers and settled with a monthly payment which allowed my daughter to receive the treatment she needed.From the very start my daughter started to have improvements, starting at the end of November 2024, initially starting out with chiropractic care, then adding posture therapy and massage, these tapered off in frequency as she consistently had improvement and gained back her full range of motion and pain decreased, initially in the beginning she couldn’t bend over to tie her shoes without pain, sitting or standing for too long was extremely uncomfortable and she was very restricted in her dance. she kept with her appointments and not long after the start of her treatment she had improvement, she has been back dancing full time and competing since January and February 2025 she was able to go on a week long ski trip with her school and had very little pain.Currently in May 2025 she’s still seeing Aaron for chiropractic care but she has zero pain and she can’t remember the last time she had a migraine. She has had amazing improvement and we are both so grateful to Aaron and the clinic!! All the practitioners who have worked with my daughter have been excellent and have provided her with the best care, not only managing her injuries but also equipping her with the knowledge of how to maintain her improvements with exercises at home. The front desk staff are amazing they know my daughter by name and treat her with such kindness and are always so welcoming and helpful when I attend or call in to speak to them. I can’t thank Aaron and all the staff at the clinic enough, we are so grateful we found the clinic and would definitely recommend their services for all ages!!

I couldn’t walk when I came here without using walking aids Within a few months I didn’t need the walking aids & they gave me my life back when the NHS said they couldn’t do anything else for me. I would highly recommend this clinic

Spinal Care Clinics have been brilliant from start to finish. I have been on a posture rehab programme which has let to me standing straighter and sitting better. I'm now on the slightly less intensive programme in order to keep up the good work! Fab company and everyone there really does care. Highly recommend.

This program has really helped me I've changed diet ,and the exercise program is tailored to you I'm half way through and feel so much better already and I have a lot of health issues so recommend highly 😀

The clinic hosts a sound bath on the first Sunday of every month, and I joined in February. I went without any expectations, other than hoping to feel relaxed.The experience completely blew me away. I would describe it as a true treat for the soul. I was able to relax like never before. I’ve tried breathing exercises, mindfulness, and meditation… but what I achieved during the sound bath was on another level.My body completely sank into the mat. The sound seemed to envelop my whole body. I was fully focused on it — coming in through one ear, flowing through me, and drifting out the other. It felt like waves. I saw waves, I even felt warmth between my fingers. It was such an incredible experience, and I would recommend it to everyone.Right after the session I felt quite cold, so I had a hot drink before leaving the clinic. I was also a bit emotional later that afternoon. For a few days afterwards, I felt deeply relaxed.Sundays have become really special at Spinal Care Clinics — don’t miss out!

The massage therapist Jayden does a relaxing deep tissue massage relaxing enough I’ve actually fallen asleep. He knows to target areas that have the most tension such as my neck, shoulders and glutes. Having a 1 hour treatment is heaven whereas 30 minutes is enough to concentrate on specific areas.

I have been attending the clinic for the past five years. The owner of the clinic, Ronen made this place a special place where peoples life’s are being transformed. The Staff at the reception are very welcoming, dedicated and helpful. My chiropractor, Aaron is an amazing person. He is very professional, knowledgable, and highly skilled. He provides person centred approach and ensures that I receive necessary guidance, support and treatment. For me, it was a life changer to attend the posture prep (initially with Nicky) and BootCamp, where I gradually became stronger and much more mobile. I continue to attend it 🙂 now with our amazing and very organised Nancy who makes the hard work much more fun. I should have wrote this review atleast 3 years ago when jess and the team fixed my back and I've been off strong painkillers ever since. Recently went back to chiro to sort my neck after my GP failed me and I thought I had a stroke, unable to move my left side. After 2 adjustments with Aaron I feel like a new person. I danced out the chiro this evening feeling the me when I was 16 years old full of energy except my facial features show atleast 20years on. I've referred family and friends and all have been amazed by the results and praised the amazing customer service we have all experienced. Regular involvement in sports activities for years and repetitive movement in the gym caused imbalances and injuries that needed addressing. I now have monthly reoccurring appointments to ensure my body is kept optimal with regular maintenance, I am able to still continue to play football and go to the gym on a daily basis thanks to Aaron’s work.

I initially attended the clinic after I had a nasty fall and injured my left arm, ribs and shoulder. Ronan assessed my injuries and after X-rays to confirm nothing was broken, he planned a recovery itinerary for me. This included adjustments, massage, acupuncture and posture rehab work in the gym. When I started I could not lift my arm at all. I was in terrible pain from muscle damage. It’s been about 7 weeks now, and my recovery is now 80% there. Thank you to Ronan, Jaime, Nancy and Elena. You are all wonderful.

I have been coming to Spinal Clinic for 13yrs and it is now part of my monthly life style with adjustments and sports massages. So when my daughter experienced neck and back issues at the beginning of the year I didn’t think twice about getting Aaron to see her. He immediately diagnosed Scoliosis which was confirmed with x-rays. The care and attention she has received has been outstanding. She is now in a more comfortable & stable position with her neck and back with twice monthly adjustments and twice monthly PT sessions.

Had a few massages here in the past but most recently had an hour pregnancy specific one and it was great! They had the right equipment for me to lay down on my front with my bump and gave me some advice on stretches for sciatica!

I have always had full body massages due to the job I do, and also breaking my back 12 years ago. Since moving to Brentwood I have been using the clinic for the last 5 years, going for once monthly massages with various therapists. At the moment I see Renata who is amazing & the best I have ever had over the years With different clinics. The massages keep me functioning, relieve tension in my neck, shoulders & back. Renata is always on hand to give advice and tips on stretches and exercises for daily management. I’ve been a patient at Spinal Care Clinic for 4 years now. I’m a Consultant in the NHS and shift work, particularly during the pandemic has been tough on my back and neck. The Doctors and massage therapists have been fantastic in helping my symptoms and keeping me functional. I felt safe and listened to, during my treatments and in good hands. I no longer struggle with headaches and backache. They have x-ray facilities on site and links with experts to ensure you receive safe care. Everyone is so friendly, supportive and genuinely cares about your treatment. The focus of treatment is on wellbeing which we are all realising is really important for good overall health. I would highly recommend a consultation at this clinic to find out if they can help you. I have since recommended lots of my family and colleagues to attend. If only we could offer this within the NHS too! (A holistic approach to improving function/wellbeing and pain relief without long term medications).

When I first visited spinal care clinic, I had regular upper back/lower neck pain due to working from home and poor posture. This strain was also causing me to have regular, increasingly painful migraines. During my time at the clinic, I had a mixture of adjustments, massage and personal training which increased the movement in my lower neck and decreased the overall tension in my back. Due to this, my headaches have decreased and I feel much more positive doing every day tasks. Whilst at the clinic, I rejoined a gym and started attending yoga and boxing classes which have assisted with my recovery. I recently started playing netball again, which I hadn’t been able to play for almost ten years! Really pleased with the results and definitely intend on revisiting for some top up massages!!! 😊😊

After 20 years of stiffness, headaches, back pains I googled local Chiropractor, checked and found good reviews for Spinal Care Clinic. Can first hand say this place is amazing. Did the first examine. Got the results with Jess, and plan was put in place to improve my well being. After few weeks I could move my neck fully left to right, the headaches had completely gone. I can "almost" get up with out the need of hands. Almost can reach my feet .... Personal trainer Nancy guides you on how to push yourself without too much pain, where you should feel the tension and how far to go). 90% of the rehab exercises can be done from home, which suits my busy days. Sharp pain down the right leg has gone. Shooting pain when getting in and out of car has gone. RECOMMEND before attending get a budget in your head on what you can afford to get yourself healthy. I budgeted £3K for a long term plan and was not far off. PLEASE note I am a medium to severe case so do not think you may be this high, I think on average its about £45 per visit. Which is good considering their expertise. My injuries include 2 previous serious car accidents from racing. Damaged and fractured my back 10 years ago several times awkwardly, which includes one from the first floor window. 5 years of kickboxing. In 2022 got my weight to 125kg and now got back to the 100kg mark and hopefully 90kg. Lets put it bluntly - not a healthy body. Next few weeks we are working on more spinal correction and my tight thigh muscles. Highly recommend visiting if you are suffering. Do not leave it too long like I did. Also nearly forgot if you do not eat healthy (like me) worth visiting the nutritionist to get some guidance. I cut out few dietary options over 2 weeks which included a famous fast food chain, felt better and lost quite a few kilos. Tony

I was having headaches every day, I went to Jess in spinal care, it was the best decision I made, headaches are gone, I felt so much better after a short time, unfortunately I had to stop for financial reasons and I’ve noticed I’m getting stiff again so I will be going back to Jess very soon to get my neck a good crack

I started going to Spinal care clinic a couple of years ago when I was suffering with constant headaches. They were great with my initial consultation where they took X-rays, and checked me over. I started with their gold package and after a few sessions my headaches eased and by the end of the course I hadn’t had any headaches for the last few months. Honestly highly recommend I still go now whenever I have a problem and they are great. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming!
