Thank you so much to all the staff at this amazing clinic. I have had fantastic support through all the treatment I’ve had here. From the admin staff at reception to the chiropractor Ronen, gym staff and massage staff including Debbie, everyone has helped my improvement. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have had long term pain. At my very first treatment my head pain was gone completely. I now feel much more flexible in movement and posture. I now have mild fatigue and some pain but I am feeling so much healthier due to the treatment and advice I’ve received. Regular involvement in sports activities for years and repetitive movement in the gym caused imbalances and injuries that needed addressing. I now have monthly reoccurring appointments to ensure my body is kept optimal with regular maintenance, I am able to still continue to play football and go to the gym on a daily basis thanks to Aaron’s work.

I cannot recommend all of the Spinal Care team enough. After having pain for years the treatment package and after care I have experienced is second to none. A special thanks to Penny, Renata and Steve for not only looking after me but also my family now.

I came to Spinal Care Clinic late last year after suffering with severe vertigo. I would spend weeks at a time in bed not being able to walk without losing my balance. This went on for 8 years. After seeing many doctors/specialist I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and sent on my way with medication drugs that didn’t seem appropriate for my symptoms. I nearly gave up after a friend recommended I see Aaron at Spinal Care clinic. After seeing Aaron he explained to me what the problem was and what was causing my vertigo and set me up on a plan. Since coming to the clinic I haven't had vertigo like before and haven't been in bed. This is the longest I’ve gone without it for nearly 9 years! I am forever grateful for Aaron as my life has changed and I’m feeling so much better, lost weight and I’m able to do so much more.I also was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and was told I may need surgery. The massage therapist Jayden does a relaxing deep tissue massage relaxing enough I’ve actually fallen asleep. He knows to target areas that have the most tension such as my neck, shoulders and glutes. Having a 1 hour treatment is heaven whereas 30 minutes is enough to concentrate on specific areas.

I started my treatment package with the clinic in December 2024. I had a trapped nerve and herniated disc in my neck. I was so nervous and anxious before I started my chiropractic treatment, I was in alot of pain, my left arm was so weak, I couldn't even raise my arm above my head and my movement was so restricted. My Chiropractor (Gurjot) was absolutely brilliant, so caring and nurturing and put me at ease everytime. The massages from Chon were incredible and the posture rehab sessions with Nancy and Ashling were amazing in helping me to strengthen my arm and core muscles. All the staff I encountered were so friendly and professional. Fast forward three months and the improvement has been transformational. I am now having maintenance sessions and quite honestly, if I hadn't started the treatment, I'd still be in agony and just relying on pain medication to try and manage my symptoms. I would recommend the Spinal Care Clinic unreservedly.

When I first arrived at the Spinal Care clinic in Brentwood, I was in constant lower back pain. I couldn't even put on a pair of socks without a struggle. I’ve been attending Spinal care clinics just under a year now. From the beginning to now everyone has been extremely wonderful, helpful and caring. I was recommended to come and see Gurjot for an issue with my neck and I’m glad I did! I then signed up to a plan to work on strengthening and correcting my neck to create a long term solution not just a quick fix. Gurjot is friendly and very knowledgeable I felt in safe hands. Spinal Care Clinics have been brilliant from start to finish. I have been on a posture rehab programme which has let to me standing straighter and sitting better. I found this clinic when my daughter, a competitive dancer found herself in immense pain. At the initial assessment we met with Aaron, he was excellent throughout the assessment, he took time to listen to my daughter, and made sure she was comfortable throughout. The assessment was very comprehensive and included x-rays/scans. After the assessment we came back a few days later and Aaron discussed the results and presented us with a treatment plan, I truly felt that Aaron had my daughters best interest in mindI was so grateful for the payment options the clinic offers and settled with a monthly payment which allowed my daughter to receive the treatment she needed.From the very start my daughter started to have improvements, starting at the end of November 2024, initially starting out with chiropractic care, then adding posture therapy and massage, these tapered off in frequency as she consistently had improvement and gained back her full range of motion and pain decreased, initially in the beginning she couldn’t bend over to tie her shoes without pain, sitting or standing for too long was extremely uncomfortable and she was very restricted in her dance. she kept with her appointments and not long after the start of her treatment she had improvement, she has been back dancing full time and competing since January and February 2025 she was able to go on a week long ski trip with her school and had very little pain.Currently in May 2025 she’s still seeing Aaron for chiropractic care but she has zero pain and she can’t remember the last time she had a migraine. She has had amazing improvement and we are both so grateful to Aaron and the clinic!! Ronan is very knowledgeable and understanding.A constant neck pain which has been present for months is now hardly existent.Lots of problems I have had for a few years have been due to scoliosis and posture. After intense chiropractic session and rehabilitation through their classes my neck pain is non existent apart from very minor flare ups.I am still carrying on treatment to keep everything going in this direction.The posture rehab has really strengthened my back and body, I hold myself alot better than how I ever have. I really would recommend this.All the staff, masseuses, PTS and reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you all

Had a few massages here in the past but most recently had an hour pregnancy specific one and it was great! They had the right equipment for me to lay down on my front with my bump and gave me some advice on stretches for sciatica!

I have been a member of Spinal Care now for many years and it has been a life changing positive journey. I first went into the clinic with very bad debilitating back pain, having tried many different things over the years including multiple hospital and doctors appointments, I really was losing hope. After my first X ray I talked through a treatment plan with the staff and very quickly started with adjustments and massages. I am so grateful as this was the start of a life changing journey. I was struggling every morning of my life, using pain killers, gels & even a tens machine before my day even started. My morning has completely changed, using *none* of the aforementioned aids! But by completing the recommended stretches from the clinics Rehab PT’s, & having the maintenance plan in place with the comfort of knowing I am regularly seeing Jacqi the Chiropractor monthly coupled with the clinics wellbeing massage with Miroslava I feel totally different.

I use spinal care regularly to maintain my back and shoulders due to my job and Jayden fixes me everytime. The clinic is clean, professional and is always very friendly. My left shoulder has always been a persistent problem and Jayden provides relief to the area, provides me with info on how to reduce the tightness and stretches I can do in my own time to keep the tightness to a minimum.

I have been coming to the Spinal Care Clinic for a little over 2 years (since Nov 2022). I cannot praise the staff enough - from the incredibly helpful reception staff, the nutrition advisors, the chiropractors, the trainers in the gym and not forgetting the masseuses. I should have wrote this review atleast 3 years ago when jess and the team fixed my back and I've been off strong painkillers ever since. Recently went back to chiro to sort my neck after my GP failed me and I thought I had a stroke, unable to move my left side. After 2 adjustments with Aaron I feel like a new person. I danced out the chiro this evening feeling the me when I was 16 years old full of energy except my facial features show atleast 20years on. I've referred family and friends and all have been amazed by the results and praised the amazing customer service we have all experienced. For about a month I had severe pain in my back, neck and left arm. The pain was so severe that it had affected my mental health, job and life in general . I tried acupuncture and body massage, but it didn't work. I then went to the A&E but their diagnosis was wrong. I initially attended the clinic after I had a nasty fall and injured my left arm, ribs and shoulder. Ronan assessed my injuries and after X-rays to confirm nothing was broken, he planned a recovery itinerary for me. This included adjustments, massage, acupuncture and posture rehab work in the gym. When I started I could not lift my arm at all. I was in terrible pain from muscle damage. It’s been about 7 weeks now, and my recovery is now 80% there. Thank you to Ronan, Jaime, Nancy and Elena. You are all wonderful.

I was having 3 migraines per week with vomiting (whiplash injury), and with the intensive treatment of adjustment, massage & exercise with personal trainer - I now only have 1 migraine per month. I now go to the spinal clinic for maintenance to keep my spine healthy once every four weeks. The staff are so kind, accepting, and the clinic is holistic in approach - I have also had networking here (energy healing) which was deeply helpful. There is tea / coffee / water and place to sit and relax. I have autism and severe & enduring mental health problems, I have always been accepted and welcomed and treated equally and with grace. On my most recent stint of back pain I went to the clinic and was back to work and walking fine within 2 weeks which was amazing. Everyone is very friendly and the clinic is lovely and clean. I’ve been a patient at Spinal Care Clinic for 4 years now. I’m a Consultant in the NHS and shift work, particularly during the pandemic has been tough on my back and neck. The Doctors and massage therapists have been fantastic in helping my symptoms and keeping me functional. I felt safe and listened to, during my treatments and in good hands. I no longer struggle with headaches and backache. They have x-ray facilities on site and links with experts to ensure you receive safe care. Everyone is so friendly, supportive and genuinely cares about your treatment. The focus of treatment is on wellbeing which we are all realising is really important for good overall health. I would highly recommend a consultation at this clinic to find out if they can help you. I have since recommended lots of my family and colleagues to attend. If only we could offer this within the NHS too! (A holistic approach to improving function/wellbeing and pain relief without long term medications).

When I first visited spinal care clinic, I had regular upper back/lower neck pain due to working from home and poor posture. This strain was also causing me to have regular, increasingly painful migraines. During my time at the clinic, I had a mixture of adjustments, massage and personal training which increased the movement in my lower neck and decreased the overall tension in my back. Due to this, my headaches have decreased and I feel much more positive doing every day tasks. Whilst at the clinic, I rejoined a gym and started attending yoga and boxing classes which have assisted with my recovery. I recently started playing netball again, which I hadn’t been able to play for almost ten years! Really pleased with the results and definitely intend on revisiting for some top up massages!!! 😊😊

Did the first examine. Got the results with Jess, and plan was put in place to improve my well being. After few weeks I could move my neck fully left to right, the headaches had completely gone. I can "almost" get up with out the need of hands. Almost can reach my feet .... I started going to Spinal care clinic a couple of years ago when I was suffering with constant headaches. They were great with my initial consultation where they took X-rays, and checked me over. I started with their gold package and after a few sessions my headaches eased and by the end of the course I hadn’t had any headaches for the last few months. Honestly highly recommend I still go now whenever I have a problem and they are great. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming!
